Isaac I. Rivera - Business Manager
 

Isaac I. Rivera has been an integral part of Next Gen Home Loans since 2019, playing a key role in the company’s growth and success. Over the years, he has led, overseen, and managed multiple departments, including finance, HR, marketing, sales, compliance, IT, and business development.
 

For the past five years, Isaac has served as the Business Manager, ensuring seamless operations and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Today, his focus is primarily on marketing, business development, and IT—areas where his expertise continues to push the company forward.
 

With a strong business and entrepreneurial background, Isaac has been instrumental in building Next Gen Home Loans from the ground up. He played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a branch into an independent mortgage broker business, overseeing everything from entity setup and licensing to implementing the technology required for seamless operations.
 

Isaac oversaw the sponsorship of the company’s first loan originator with the DRE and NMLS, a milestone that marked only the beginning of what Next Gen Home Loans has become. Under his leadership, the company has grown to now sponsor over 25 loan originators.
 

Isaac also led the company’s expansion into new markets, overseeing the opening of branch offices in Bakersfield and Anaheim. His leadership further extended Next Gen Home Loans' reach into multiple states, with operations now active in Texas and Tennessee. Soon, Arizona, Nevada, Ohio, and Florida will also be fully operational under Isaac’s direction, continuing the company’s mission to serve more communities across the country.
